The last time I published a blog post was 2020. I blinked, built my business, survived brain surgery, and now here we are.

Welcome to the new version of this space — still me, but evolved. A lot has changed in the past few years: Studio H has grown, I’ve launched new projects, competed in pageants, expanded what I offer (and what I stand for), and most recently… had brain surgery that completely reset my perspective.

A few months ago I posted on instagram asking for migraine tips & got the best responses from you guys! Normally I try to sleep them off but lately it has been an everyday thing. I actually went to the ER last month because it was just so bad! We don't know the exact cause of these migraines & were told we might not ever (some people are just more prone to migraines than others) 
But of course I'm on my phone and laptop all the time & I never thought it might be contributing to my chronic migraines!
