Outfit Of The Day!

So it's still freezing here in Ohio & I'm slightly convinced Spring/Summer is never coming... does anyone else feel this way?? I paired this ribbed top & long cardigan with my favorite peep toe booties, which have been RESTOCKED! Both my top & cardigan are under $35 and they're perfect transitional pieces.
